For St Paul’s Mayor’s Office People’s Prosperity Program we ask, “What would society look like if we had a basic income policy and provided “Altitude” for all?” What if we were all each other’s safety net?

of installations filed with joyous, yet calming, light and bespoke interactive music called “Breathing Spaces” The work was fabricated through a commission via SpringBoard for the Arts and a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board.
